All parents and adult family members of chess players who participated in events organized by Nova Scotia Scholastic Chess Association in the 2024-25 school year are invited to attend our AGM. Community members, volunteers, chess enthusiasts and members of organizations with an interest in youth chess or sports and recreation are welcome to attend.
Come join us from the comfort of your home to learn a bit about what goes on behind the scenes in running this organization. You will hear a summary of our activities, highlights of our success, our financial situation and more. Anyone with interest in being on the NSSCA board can contact us at volunteer@nssca.ca. To be on the NSSCA board, you must be a resident of NS and above 18 years of age.
